****I love my feet... when his diaper is getting changed he grabs his toes and that will totally entertain him the whole time.

****I love to sleep and go to bed so easy! Mom and dad realize they are so blessed!

****I love to be outside. I can talk with the leaves on the trees all day long

****I am very aware of the things around me.

****I still have NO desire to roll over. I teased mom for one day and then I decided it wasn't so fun!

****I am getting use to tummy time and starting to like it A LITTLE more!

****Come on over and I will love to tell you a story! I love to tell stories during Sunday School and Priesthood/Relief Society!!

Last saturday I had a

JELL TOE (or Glitter TOE) Party!!

It was a lot of fun. There was about 12 of us and we all got our toes done.

I chose the BRIGHT BRIGHT red, for the 4th of July of course!

They have been a lot of fun. Everytime I look down at my feet they remind me of the

WIZARD OF OZ... and Dorothy with her red shoes!

(They are that bright and Red)

I think we might be doing it again in a couple of months. They are suppose to last a couple of months.

I should of taken a picture of ALL of our feet with all the different colors that people chose!

Courtney was so excited... her first choice was PURPLE (of course) but ended up with Tangerine!
Next time I will remember to take pictures.

A lazy day of summer

Cole and I had a fun lazy summer day today.

We first went and spent sometime watching Derek golf. He did fantastic today... what a great little golfer he is! Then we ran home got ready and made it to our very first play day at the park. This was Cole's first time in the real sun... since this year it hasn't been wanting to stay around for longer than an hour or so. He got a little cranky towards the end but then he knew we were off to see Great Grandma and Grandpa Fillmore. They were so excited to see him. The couldn't believe how big he has gotten. We went out into the yard and we had a little photo shoot!

I was surprised that he liked the grass so much... almost a little too much, he wanted to eat it!

I can't believe how big he is getting! Just looking at this picture puts a smile on my face but breaks my heart at the same time! He is learning to sit up like a BIG BOY!!!

Baby Contest....

Every year in June our town does the Lehi Round-Up. Yesterday I was driving down Main Street and I saw a poster for this years Lehi Round-Up Baby contest! So the proud mother that I have become I thought to myself "Well there really wouldnt be a contest if Cole's picture was submitted!" Well because he is the cutest baby ever (in his mom's eyes). So I thought it would be fun to go home and submit his picture. I went through all the different pictures that I have taken and I just love this one. So I got on the website and come to find it it cost $15 to submit a photo of your baby! Well Cole is adorable and I know he is... I don't need to pay $15 to have someone vote that he is. So needless to say I didn't submit the photo! Call me cheap I guess!
I was telling Cameron what I wanted to do and I showed him this picture and he said... "Well we don't have a cute picture like that to submit anyway." I looked at him confused and then he looked closer at the picture and asked if that was Cole. OF COURSE IT IS COLE!!! I don't know how I should take that... Did he not think I could take this cute of a picture? RUDE! It was fun to see the sparkle in his eye when he finally realized that it was Cole... cuz, he really is that cute!

Derek started his

SUMMERS GOLF PROGRAM!!!

He was so excited this morning! He listened so intently and did everything they told him to do. We only have a slight problem. He had a HUGE growth spurt a couple of weeks ago. We measured his clubs to him when we signed up for the program and when he got there today it was amazing how short his clubs were. I guess we will be going to Uinta Golf this weekend. Buy clubs for him is actually not that big of a deal because we know that Cole will be following in his footsteps and will use everything he out grows.

LOOK AT THE SNOW ON THE MOUNTAINS... can you believe it! It is June 3rd and we still have that much snow! I am just glad that the weather is starting to look more like spring than winter!

With the program they get a t-shirt, a sleeve of balls and then after the program they get a Free round of golf at Fox Hollow. Cameron and Derek will be taking that round as soon as they can I am sure!

Here is the Pro Golfer spending one on one time with Derek. He was taught to stick out his bum .. it is amazing how hard that was for him. I was thinking as I was watching him... that is pretty funny he has to actually try REALLY REALLY hard to stick it out and I just have to stand there!!! It will be fun to watch how he improves during the summer.
