We invited some friends over for Christmas Eve to build Gingerbread houses. This was the first year that we did this. It was a lot of fun. Derek really got into it...

4... but we got it, FINALLY!!!
Our friends made theirs from scratch so it was a little harder to put together than the kit that we bought!
If any of you are wondering if Derek is a daddy's little boy... look at the pose!!!

We too had a blast doing a gingerbread house this year. It is always such a fun time with the kids.
